How do you explain to someone that is your boss that the reasons you have issues with them is their personality and that they aren't qualified for their job?
How do you point out someone's flaws?
Or do you not point them out and let the person crash and burn knowing that there is the potential for them to take you with them when they go?
---
Most of my problems with my boss are personal.
But then again the whole team has the same issue with her.
---
So when does it no longer become a personal issue between me and her and become the good of the team for me to tell what is going without it seeming like me being mean and petty?
--
I dont know if there is a way to do this democratically or not - I dont think there is and thats ok but the question is - if there is no way to do this in a nice way should I not do it all and just try and get out before all hell breaks loose?
let me know what you think...
i know you guys know my issue with my boss already i have mentioned but the cake topper today was she received employee of the month for something she didnt even do.
sigh.
how is that supposed to boost morale?

truth is, i don't think there's a way you can do it while you are working there. The only thing i can suggest is that if you leave, take her aside on your last day or so and explain to her all of this and hope she can learn from things.
Anyways, you told me she got employee of the month, what is it she didn't do that she got credit for? i'm curious, you didn't mention that part before.
Best of luck sweetie..
