people are somewhat hypocritical methinks.
they want the safety as long as they arent near or on the receiving end of the safety measure.

ie security checkpoints, searches, etc.

i dont mind going thru checkpoints at the airport. i have learned not to weare my boots - i sandals... yes even if its cold. i have learned not to wear belts
and i put my swiss army knife in my checked luggage.

and i most certainly dont run off a plane flailing my arms and screaming.
but of course im not bipolar
