the downstairs half of my house is clean.
this is a big deal it used to be a mess.
toys, books, knitting and clothes everywhere.
my kitchen was a mess you couldnt get to the sink for the dishes in the way.
my kitchen is clean i have counter space again.
and its been kept clean since friday night (woohoo)
the downstairs bathroom is half clean. the sink and mirror and under the cabinet are clean but i still need to clean the toilet and the floor and go through the old comic books and magazines in there left for reading:)
my daughters room is clean but still needs to be better organized -hubby and i are working on that.
my knitting room still needs to be better organized
and our bedroom needs to be cleaned better- although my side looks better as i picked up and organized my laundry:)
i did vaccuum but it needs to be done again and our bathroom needs to be cleaned.
however the downstairs is where we spend most of our waking time and it is clean. i even got hubby to clean out the den and you can actually walk in there. i was surprised to come home and i could see the floor:)
so yay the house is clean!
so much so that we are going to invite the parental units up for hamburgers and stuff for labor day. how is that for being proud that your house is clean?

My house is a mess! I need to completely empty it and start over, but that's probably not goig to happen. I've been slowly cleaning away while I Have a bit more time at home since Nick's accident and illness, but still I never seem to get enough done. Maybe eventually.
