Ive decided not to send it.
After speaking to other people who go to the same vet they have not run into the same problem.
I will just let bygones be bygones. And I will let the new vet (whoever we choose) deal with them to get the records.
Ive decided that I dont want to be angry anymore.
Im just too tired.

That's for the best...just let it go. Writing the letter was good therapy in itself.
